Free download: HFOs and HCFO refrigerants explained

The European Partnership for Energy and the Environment (EPEE) has compiled a Q&A brochure on the new low global warming potential (GWP) HFO and HCFO refrigerants hitting the market. Download it now – it’s free.

Hydrofluoro-olefins (HFOs) and hydrochlorofluoro-olefins (HCFOs) are unsaturated short-chain halo-olefins, which have been introduced as alternative refrigerants to the current HFCs.

The free-to-download document, entitled ‘Q&A on HFOs and HCFOs’ describes what they are, the differences between HFOs and HCFOs and tackles safety and environmental questions.
